Well old friends and new ones, we are back in the office and beginning to get caught up, after a very successful week at the ISSA show in Orlando, Fl. First, I would like to thank all of our old acquaintances and customers who stopped by to say hello and provided the Odorite Staff the opportunity to be brought up on everyone’s lives, families and businesses. Thanks for sharing that news.
I am happy to report that the reception to our new “Patented” Green, Friendly, I P ParaFreely blocks was overwhelming. Probably the most frequently notable comments offered during the show were the much wider awareness of the shortcomings of the current non Para products on the market today. The universal comments were that it is about time, that someone came up with a truly usable replacement product. Most people were also quite surprised that it took our Research and Development staff at Odorite nearly 7 years to formulate our newly patented product, to replace the Paradichlorobenzene of old. Our entire staff would suggests that the comments are very much appreciated considering the many, many days, weeks and years of effort were extended to accomplish this worthy goal.
Probably one of the more interesting highlights of the show was the Institutional interest, overall. It seems that Universities, major Medical complexes and even Industry in general has identified a huge need, for a replacement of the previously used Para blocks or Blocks with Screens. The other item of great interest was that broad knowledge of the consumers that the products currently sold today as Non-Para are largely soap based and therefore will not hold up, as a stand alone block. Rather, it must be sold and used as a block with screen to control its turning to a mush, non solid state.
We here at Odorite are excited about the opportunities of this new generation Green Friendly, Urinal application and look forward to meeting the demands and challenges, going forward. With the strong pleasant fragrance and long lasting ability for 30 days or more in a solid form, we expect a takeover of the non-para block industry, going forward. If you have not given it a try, it is well worth the time and effort as many consumers have already learned.
