PDBC- Paradicholorbenzine, found thoughout the Jan/San industriy for decades now may become extinct. PDBC has been recognized for years as a known carcinogen. Yet the use of the material was still being touted as the industry standard for urinal blocks and other deoderants.
Now the tide has turned and many US states have adopted PDCB bans as of January 1st, 2009. Furthermore there is a bill before the house that would impose a nationwide ban.
Below is a list of States that have imposed the ban as of January 1st, 2009. If you are in one of these states you may no longer order the Para products. If you have Para products on hand that were manufactured before December 31, 2008 you may continue to distribute them until January 1st, 2010.
