ODORITE INTERNATIONAL, Inc. is Seeking Distributors

ODORITE INTERNATIONAL, Inc. was founded in 1934. The company is a privately held company best recognized for its 70-year heritage in the janitorial supply industry.

ODORITE INTERNATIONAL, Inc. is seeking both US and International Distributors. NOT Franchisee Owners. Odorite anticipates that a distributor will represent and service Odorite Products in an “exclusive” and given territory.

ODORITE INTERNATIONAL, Inc. is seeking an existing company, with strength in the janitorial business or an independent person seeking to establish their own distributorship.

ODORITE INTERNATIONAL, Inc. is committed to successful growth both domestically as well as internationally. ODORITE INTERNATIONAL, Inc. offers each New Distributor an "Exclusive" one year contract with a two year option upon completion of the first year. Odorite does NOT sell franchises; they appoint “exclusive” distributorships. Odorite does require a minimum stock purchase of $10,000 USD in order to activate a one year exclusive agreement. There are no royalty obligations of any kind.

It is expected that each new distributor will build strong relationships with clients and end-users. Odorite will insist that each distributor will sell and service end-users/clients to the highest of standards.

We combine our global capabilities with high quality relationships in local markets and focus on responding quickly and effectively, to each and every distributor’s changing needs.
